Accounting Officer (1-year Contract)
Handle income donations from different channels.
Maintain the donor database system, including compile donor information and assign relevant codes.
Arrange issuance of receipts and provide relevant information on donor enquiries.
Prepare income reports and reconcile income related items.
Prepare journal vouchers and assist in bank reconciliation.
Provide general administration support, including carrying out some outdoor work when required.
Participate in Oxfam’s activities, including carrying out some outdoor work during non-office hours.
Carry out ad-hoc projects or tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 5 years’ relevant work experience.Candidate with less experience will be considered as Accounting Officer II.
Solid experience in CRM and accounting system.
Proficient in computer applications including MS Word and Excel.
Good interpersonal skills, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure with tight timeline.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Immediately available is highly preferred.
Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is a must.
