​Bei Shan Tang Foundation was founded in 1985 by Dr. J. S. Lee with a tax-exempt charitable (Section 88) status. Along with its original mission to promote Chinese art
and culture globally, the Foundation has also dedicated significant resources to support educational initiatives in Hong Kong since 2013. The Foundation serves both
as a grant maker and operator of philanthropic programmes in Hong Kong as well as internationally.

Job Duties
The Foundation is now looking for an Assistant Program Coordinator. The appointee will be required to:
• Provide administrative support including the scheduling of meetings, travel arrangements and project assistance to the team.
• Involve in the day-to-day operations of the assigned projects.
• Organize and communicate details related to specific assignments or tasks
• Work closely with our programme manager and assistant programme manager to prepare comprehensive action plans, including resources, timeframes and budgets for projects.
• Perform various coordinating tasks, along with administrative duties, like maintaining project documentation and preparing meeting materials.

Applicants should have:
 Passion in Chinese art & culture and non-profit organizations
 Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
 Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking skills
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
 Excellent time management, capable of working under pressure and against tight deadlines
 Independent, self-motivated and a team player, skilled at managing multiple projects
 Strong written and verbal communications skills in both Chinese and English including proofreading and editing
 Willingness to work in early mornings, evenings and weekends as projects required
 Highest degree of integrity, professionalism, diplomacy and discretion required

• Skilled in office software, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Photoshop
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Be responsive and willing to learn.

Remuneration is negotiable based on the applicant’s experience and qualifications.

The appointment is for a two-year term, the position may be renewed subject to operational needs and mutual agreement.
