​Changing Young Lives Foundation is a HK-based charity dedicated to inspiring the under-resourced children and marginalized youth in Hong Kong to live their life to the fullest by providing free educational and empowerment programs to them.

Assistant Program Manager

The Job:

-          Manage and execute children & youth empowerment programs

-          Conduct research and data analysis

-          Develop and expand community and partnership networks

-          Report to Executive Director and perform ad hoc duties as assigned

The Person:

-          Bachelor degree holder or above

-          5 years’ hands-on experience in social services or social enterprise

-          Exposure to grant application a plus

-          Creative and able to convert ideas into realities

-          Excellent command of spoken and written English

-          Remarkable presentation and inter-personal skills

-          Can do attitude and a good team player

-          Self-motivated, good team player, able to work under pressure

-          Immediately available or short notice period is preferred

-          Shift duty is required
