Support grants making and programme management for the development programmes in International Programme Team, maintain a Monitoring and Evaluation system including a system of alerts and reminders for due narrative, financial and evaluation reports
Undertake preliminary screening of project proposals, ensure the efficient processing of programme administration cycle from approvals to closure and all administration requirements are fulfilled
Assist in reviewing submitted reports and communicate with affiliates on programme progress, report quality, budget variances and other non-compliance issues
Perform other tasks as requested by the Programme Manager
Degree holder with at least 3 years relevant working experience
Good knowledge and analysis of global poverty, ability to analyze narrative and financial information
Organized and detail oriented to grant administrative systems and procedures
Sound working experience in development country (esp in Africa and Asia) is an advantage
Good interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient in computer applications including MS Office
Alignment with Oxfam’s mission, vision and core values is a must
