​Our client, a children focused organization, is currently seeking for a talented professional for the role of Associate Director of Resource Development.

Reporting to the Director of Resource Development, the Associate Director is essentially responsible for securing and renewing gifts from individual major donors in Hong Kong. He/she will work collaboratively and cross-functionally in the organization, and will be responsible for the development, design, planning and operational management of fundraising strategies and activities focused on individual major donors. 

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, cultivate and solicit prospects and donors, developing a portfolio of qualified relationships

  • Work collaboratively with the fundraising team, and interact with potential major gift donors to cultivate personal relationships and develop personal/corporate giving through such networks

  • Identify innovative fundraising and networking activities

  • Develop and improve a stewardship framework for major donors; produce stewardship materials and collaterals; design and implement donor
    feedback mechanisms; ensure all donor requirements and concerns are addressed adequately and in a timely manner

  • Assist in the development and promotion of long term strategies and programs to maximize revenue potential from individual major donors

  • Oversee functions assigned to the Resource Development Officers, provide guidance and support

  • Manage the d of content and organization of regional meetings, workshops,
    trainings and other knowledge exchanges specifically focused on major giving


Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Management, Marketing Management, Development Management or similar

  • 8 years of professional related experience 

  • Master's Degree - preferred
