Position summary
This position is responsible for researching and identifying new opportunities, partnerships and programs in the existing markets. Seek out appropriate contacts in all relevant organization for charity context.

The Business Development Manager will be reporting directly to the CEO and collaborate closely with the Board of Advisors and Board of Directors.

Job interactions and interface:
Internal role: The role will be working independently with the direction set by the CEO and support from 110 Supporting Team.
External role: Maintaining connections with governments, schools (high schools and universities), PR firms, media, NGOs, event collaborators/donor.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement organizational business development and fundraising
    strategy and processes;

  • Produce regular reports for CEO on business development performance analysis;

  • Maintain a relationship with the donor and identify new funding opportunities;

  • Support, build and maintain a strong relationship with government, schools and other NGOs for collaboration.

  • Advice on potential partnership and collaboration;

  • Design proposal and budget for programs and identify target beneficiaries

  • Liaise with the external organization for implementing the programs

Requirements

  • Degree holder with over 3 years’ experience;

  • NGO experience and program & funding management is preferred;

  • Proactive, positive attitude and customer-oriented person;

  • Detail-minded with good analytical skill, multi-tasking, team working and ability to work under tight timelines;

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills;

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin will be a plus.
