​Established in 2013, The HUB Children & Youth Centre is a registered charity in Sham Shui Po that provides education, development, health and socialsupport to underprivileged children, youth and theirfamilies. Our team is passionate and energetic, dedicated to serve the less privileged and improve social mobility. POSITION: COMMUNICATION AND EVENT OFFICER

Job Description
• Report to the Fundraising & Engagement Manager
• Coordinate and execute fundraising schedules and campaigns, events and projects, including preparing event materials, logistics, on-site, stake-holders follow-up, post-event report
• Assist with publicity materials design, content creation and write-ups including EDMs, monthly newsletters, videos, print, press releases, photo-shooting
• Content creation for social media platforms; schedule social media calendar; maintain and generate regular analytics and search engine reports to analyze campaign results
• Manage and update organization website
• Assist in execution of brand awareness building campaigns via different social media platforms, PR campaigns, online and off-line events
• Provide marketing and promotion support for The Hub Centre operations and programs, and any other platform units under the organization
• Administrative support on routine and ad hoc tasks as required

Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, PR, Communication, Event Management or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience, digital marketing background is a plus
• Passionate to work in a non-profit environment
• Content creation experience is a must; knowledge of WIX an advantage
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills and can work independently under minimum
supervision
• Well-organized, problem-solver, muti-tasker, detail-oriented
• Excellent English and Chinese language skills
• Fluent in Word, Excel, Power point, Chinese input
• Photoshop & Illustrator are Must; Video-editing and photo-shooting skills preferred
