​Time Auction is an innovative, technology-enabled charity on a mission to advocate volunteering with inspiring experiences, while connecting skilled volunteers with NGOs.

By completing a certain number of volunteer hours, one can redeem empowering rewards. Over 80,000 volunteer hours were contributed to redeem experiences such as Dinner with Sammi Cheng (Singer & Actress), Cooking Demo with Michelin-starred Chefs, VIP Behind-the-scene Tour at Kadoorie Farm and more since 2014. We also have a Skilled-Volunteer Matching Platform that helps NGOs recruit skilled volunteers. Over 3,500 skilled-volunteer shave been connected with 300+ NGOs on 610+ projects since late 2019.

Responsibilities

●Outreach to companies and communities as part of ourCorporate / Pro-bono Partnership program to grow our volunteer base

●Manage the relationships with our Corporate / Pro-bono Partners, provide proactive and high-quality support and follow-up

●Outreach to and liaise with NGOs and social enterprises in program implementation and to understand their skilled-volunteer needs

●Lead digital marketing initiatives and occasionally create content for social media

●Provide support to our Incentives Program by identifying and sourcing partnership opportunities, liaising and maintaining relationships with our reward sponsors

●Compile data to present program impact and insights,and inform stakeholders regularly

●Assist with the user experience management and improvementsfor our technology platform

●Occasionally assist the management team with ad-hoc administrative tasks

Requirements

●University graduate with 2+ years’ working experiencein the non-profit/business development field

●Passionate about volunteering; network and knowledge in the non-profit/corporate giving sector preferred

●Experience in social media marketing would be a plus

●Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to liaise effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders

●Self-motivated, independent worker, attention to detail, capable of multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced team environment

●Excellent English & Chinese spoken and written communication skills
