The Finance Officer is responsible for the processing and accounting of AP, AR, GL and other accounting services.
Handle full set of accounts and daily accounting function;
Update spreadsheet file for special collections, receipts and disbursement;
Prepare bank reconciliation, month-end/year-end accruals and financial reports as required;
Assist in the preparation of month end financial statement and year-end audit papers;
Other duties as required.
Higher Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with LCCI higher or above
2 years accounting experience;
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel);
Knowledge of Sun System is an advantage;
NGO experience is preferred;
Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese.
