Fundraising Officer II
Support and execute the development and implementation of fundraising and marketing events both offline and online;
Assist in exploring new donation channels, including digital fundraising and corporate activities;
Cultivate good relationship with venue suppliers, schools and corporate sponsors;
Manage the administration works, handle donation activities, follow-up enquiries and mailing delivery;
Support office administrative works and database management;
Assist in ad hoc duties as required.
Good interpersonal and organizational skills, detail oriented, work flexibly, creatively.Able to meet tight deadlines and working under a roster, including working on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays as required;
Knowledge in digital and social media trends would be an advantage;
Good communication skills in both English and Chinese;
Proficient in computer applications including MS Office and Chinese word processing;
Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is a must.
