Human Resources Officer
The Human Resources Officer has to perform full spectrum of HR functions, particularly in the areas set out below:
Conduct recruitment activities, including the advertising of vacancies, screening, interview arrangement, offer proposal and staff induction & orientation.
Perform payroll functions such as preparing monthly payrolls, tax returns, final payment, MPF and other C&B related matters for Hong Kong and Macau
Handle all aspects of benefits administration, e. g. leave management, medical insurance.
Organize, develop and prepare training sessions and staff activities.
Manage and maintain accurate staff information and records in HRIS.
Prepare annual staff cost budget, compile various HR reports and analysis for management review.
Assist in reviewing and formulating HR policies and procedures.
Degree in HRM, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
8 years or above work experience, with at least 5 years’ relevant working experience in HR
Hands-on with all HR administrations, familiar with using HRIS
Well versed in Hong Kong Employment, MPF & Tax Ordinance. Knowledgeable in Macau Labor Relations Law and China Labor Contract Law is an added advantage.
Good interpersonal and communications skills, well-organized and details-oriented
Ability to manage conflicting priorities effectively, present information clearly, concisely and in a logical manner.
Good command of spoken and written both English and Chinese. Fluent Putonghua.
Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is a must.
