CAPS is looking to hire a full-time Marketing Communications Associate with experience in digital campaign, website and social media management for its office in Hong Kong. The incumbent will work closely with the Chief Executive and the research team to consolidate the online presence of CAPS. Flexible work arrangements are negotiable.



  • Craft compelling key messages and marketing materials to disseminate CAPS research and assist in promotion of upcoming research and events.

  • Assist the research team in developing visually effective presentation material that elevates CAPS corporate image.

  • Manage CAPS digital communication assets (including website and social media), and actively build engagement with its target audience.

  • Identify influencers for the topics relevant to CAPS, and build engagement campaigns.

  • Monitor trends and maintain an inventory to track news and activities relevant to CAPS.

  • Assist in production of external communications content, including drafting and editing press releases, partner stories, executive interviews and other external materials.

  • Analyze effectiveness of digital campaigns and utilize insights for continuous campaign enhancement.

  • Assist in planning and managing CAPS events (virtual and in-person).



  • Degree in Journalism, Marketing and/or Communications or related disciplines.

  • 2+ years of relevant communications experience in nonprofits, related corporate sectors or PR agencies.

  • Experience in creating visually impactful communications materials for digital/social media marketing campaigns.

  • Intellectually curious, with excellent writing and editing skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience in using graphic design tools (e.g. Canva) and event management tools (e.g. Zoom).

  • Knowledge in using Google Analytics to analyze digital campaign effectiveness.

  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, creative, resourceful, detail-oriented and strong at multi-tasking.

  • Fluency in English required. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin or additional Asian languages is a plus.
