Asian Charity Services (ACS) is the leading provider of pro-bono strategic consulting and training for NGO leaders in Hong Kong. Since our inception in 2007, we have worked with over 700 NGOs, addressing a wide range of social causes, helping them to innovate and to tackle some of Hong Kong’s most critical social challenges.
Do you want to create a positive impact in Hong Kong? We are looking for a highly motivated team player to join our growing organization as Program Executive. The potential candidate should be passionate about the Hong Kong nonprofit sector and excited about the work of ACS, “serving-those-who-serve”.
Key Roles
Provide organizational, logistical, and event management support for our workshops, seminar and special projects to ensure our programs are delivered professionally and efficiently
Communicate and coordinate with ACS key stakeholders, e.g. NGO leaders, ACS volunteers, corporate and foundation partners
Perform full spectrum of operational duties, including but not limited to maintaining database and CRM system, managing office administration and expenses, managing the calendar of events, and liaising with suppliers, to ensure a smooth running and efficient working environment
Assist with marketing materials when needed
Assist in conducting online research and preparing presentation materials

Develop and learn from NGO leaders as well as business professionals from the leading multinational corporations, investment banks, consulting and communications firms
Exposure to the work of a wide range of high impact NGOs in Hong Kong and understand social challenges in the local community

Selection Criteria
Very organized and diligent
Ability to think analytically and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated, responsible and able to work under pressure
Excellent team player
Strong interpersonal and communications skills
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
Prior volunteering experience is an advantage
Qualifications
University graduate
Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office
