ChickenSoup Foundation (“CSF”) is a grassroots philanthropic organization, supported by working professionals who are aspired to serve critical social needs with a collaborative, problem-solving approach.  The mission is to empower the most vulnerable children & youth with opportunities of their passion and talent, while restoring hopefulness for their families.

 CSF actively covers the most underserved districts throughout Hong Kong with empowerment programs in the area of education, music, sports, art, and career skills.  There are complementary relief programs in addressing urgent household needs in medical, employment opportunities, food and supplies.

 Since its inception in 2013, CSF has delivered an aggregate social impact equivalent to HK$70 million in household savings for a beneficiary base of 12,000, who are targeted for their families are at risk in terms of their physical, social and financial health.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and launching of various kind of charitable programs

  • Design and develop social innovative charitable programs to match with social needs

  • Plan and organize charitable events and campaign

  • Coordinate volunteers, beneficiaries and relevant parties to execute programs

  • Liaise with external organization for implementing joint-programs

  • Continuously identifying potential projects or programs to fit the needs and demands of private donors

  • Prepare periodic reports to sponsors/donors

  • Perform other ad-hoc assignments as assigned by supervisor


  • Degree holder with over 3 years’ experience

  • NGO experience and program & funding management is preferred

  • Proactive, positive attitude and customer-oriented person

  • Detail-minded with good analytical skills, multi-tasking, team working and ability
    to work under pressure

  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
