​Splash Foundation provides learn to swim lessons to under-resourced communities in Hong Kong.

We currently run programmes for Domestic Workers; local Hong Kong youth from low income families; and kids with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

Splash is looking for a Programme and Development Officer to provide fundraising and programme management support. Working with both the Chief Development Officer and the Adult Programme Manager, this role will be approximately 50% dedicated to supporting adult programmes and 50% towards donor and fundraising event management. The successful candidate should have a passion and proficiency for swimming and a client-service orientation.

Objectives
● Assist with coordinating all programme launches and graduations, booking facilities, preparing certificates, ordering equipment and supplies
● Responsible for all programme communication with participants and team captains prior to and during the term
● Update Salesforce with programme results and ensure accuracy of data
● Assist Programme Manager on regular reporting and dashboard analysis
● Provide regular coaching for weekday and weekend programmes
● Assist with onboarding and training of new volunteer coaches, graduate trainee coaches and team captains
● Assist with social media posts, announcing programmes and profiling partners
● Maintain fundraising database, including timely and accurate recording of all donations received, preparing donation receipts, and supporting regular donor communications
● Provide administrative support and coordination of fundraising events, including swimathons and corporate events
● Assist with social media and photo management
● Handle general inquiries as needed and provide general office support

Other requirements
● Prior client service or management experience
● University degree preferred
● Excellent verbal and written English language skills; Cantonese, Bahasa or Tagalog preferred
● Swim teaching experience preferred
