The Hong Kong Council of Social Service is a council co-ordinating NGOs in the social service field in Hong Kong.
Assist in the management of a social innovation grant scheme by writing project assessments and preparing meeting minutes;
Coordinate and meet with different stakeholders including government representatives, applicants and funders for the post-vetting reporting, consulting and monitoring processes;
Organise and assist in managing various on-line and off-line networking events, briefing sessions and training sessions for social enterprise practitioners/generalpublic;
Assist in other administrative duties of the Centre.
Degree or Diploma holder in any discipline, preferred in Social Sciences, Business Administration or Communications.
Degree holder preferable;
Good writing skills in both English and Traditional Chinese is crucial;
Good command of spoken English and Cantonese, with good communication and presentation skills;
At least 1 year relevant working experience in grant management or project administration;
Previous experience in the social enterprise/NGO sector is highly preferable;
Self-motivated and detail-minded team player with practical problem-solving skills and good interpersonal skills;
Able to work independently in a fast-paced working environment with limited resources;
Proactive work attitude with an interest in dealing with challenging tasks;
Immediate availability preferred
