Impact Data Consortium Chain (IDCC) Hong Kong, is a social-purpose-driven community that co-creates an impact-data-driven digital funding platform, which allows grants and donations to be made in accordance to the impact data collected, verified and audited by different stakeholders on the platform.
We are looking for a colleague who is passionate about humanities, cares for the people living in this city, and is interested in using technology and data to drive social change.
You will be working with the Program Manager and Lead Researcher to design software for effective impact measurement and management for purpose-driven projects in Hong Kong. You will integrate impact measurement and management framework and metrics in software design. You will directly engage with social impact-driven funders, incubators, foundations, academic institutions in translating their organizational goals and needs to technology requirements. You will be analyzing data related to social programs and impact. You will be handling project administrative work and client support. Last but not least, you will be leading community-building and digital marketing activities including but not limited to social media marketing, events, workshops, forums and webinars.
Bachelor’s degree or above in Social Sciences, Management, Humanities, or related disciplines preferred
One - two years of work experience
Knowledge of Impact measurement and management preferred
Knowledge of Statistics, Computer Science, and Data Science preferred
Competent in Quantitative Social Research preferred
Skilled in Social Media Management, Events Management and Digital Marketing preferred
Advanced English writing skills preferred
Fluent in Cantonese and English
