All day to day office administration including but not limited to purchase & procurement, repair & maintenance, mailing, document management, office cleaning & hygiene, office safety & security, admin expenses monitoring and flight bookings etc. Cover Receptionist and take up ad-hoc tasks whenever necessary.
Liaise with suppliers, contractors and building management office and coordinate with unit administrators on office administration matters
Perform a full spectrum of HR functions, particularly compensation & benefits, recruitment & selection and employee relations
Engage in HR projects and review, e.g. pay and benefits review, PMS, HRIS and budget preparation and monitoring
Develop and manage the volunteer & intern programme
A degree in Business Administration, HRM or relevant disciplines
At least 8 years’ relevant working experience, of which 3 was on supervisory level.
Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance. Knowledge in China Labor Contract Law is an added advantage.
Hands-on experience in payroll administration and HRIS operation
Demonstrated skills in supervising and developing subordinates, a good team player.
Ability to analyze and solve problems promptly
Meticulous, systematic, and able to prioritize when given variety of tasks on short notice
Good command of spoken and written both English and Chinese, fluent Putonghua
Proficient in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is a must
Candidate with less experience may be considered for the post of Office Administration and Human Resources Officer.
