System Analyst (IT)
(Ref no.: OU/SA/22/01)


S/He has to assist his/her supervisors and the IT team in managing system and development project for different platforms by involving in all phases of project lifecycle, including requirements analysis, solution design, program coding, QA, deployment, UAT, and maintenance support. His/her job duties are detailed as follows:

Responsibilities:

。 Assist in managing system development project and ensure the projects are delivered with quality and within schedule
。 Liaise, discuss and negotiate effectively with the stakeholders in relation in project deliverables
。 Perform project monitoring, issue resolution and risk management
。 Prepare project documentations such as project plan, functional design specifications, implementation plan and testing plan.
。 Collect and analyze user requirements
。 Conduct system design, analysis, coding, prototyping
。 Conduct integration test and user acceptance test on the in house as well as external vendor developed systems
。 Prepare system documentation and training material
。 Provide training to user on using the systems
。 Assist in ad hoc report and statistics generation from the systems
。 Conduct maintenance of the systems, e. g. enhancements, fixing bugs, problem analysis & resolution

Requirements:
。 Degree in Computer Science or related discipline, with at least 5 years relevant experience. Candidate with less experience / knowledge will be considered as Analyst Programmer.
。 Solid programming experience in .NET, VB .NET, C#, ASP.NET, Java, Javascript, PHP, XML, Excel VBA, MS-Access, Microsoft SQL Server 2008 or above, VMware
。 Familiar with software development lifecycle
。 Work experience in any of the following are added advantages:
- Wordpress / online shop creation
- System programming for athletic event
- Customer Relation Management / ERP
- Payment processing
- Report queries
- Sharepoint Online Design
。 Strong analytical skill, self-motivated and able to deliver quality results under a tight schedule
。 Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and fluency in spoken and written both English and Chinese
。 Identification with Oxfam’s mission and work is a must
