Assist in organising all aspects of fundraising events of different scales
Recruit and service participants and volunteers
Work with IT team on the coordination of event-related IT systems and the use of data base
Coordinate production and publicity, with support from MarCom Team
Process donation and related documentation
Degree holder with at least 3 years' work experience in organizing events of medium-to-large scale.
Experience in Oxfam Trailwalker or keen interest in hiking activities is highly preferred
Good communication and interpersonal skills and attentive to details
Good team player, self-motivated, able to handle multi-tasks with tight deadlines and work under pressure
Good command of spoken and written both English and Chinese, fluent Putonghua
Proficient in computer applications including MS Office and Chinese word processing
Identification with Oxfam's mission and vision is a must
