Executive Officer (Finance and Administration)
We’re seeking an Executive Officer to provide end-to-end support in accounting, finance, and administration for the Foundation and its subsidiaries.
Main Duties
The responsibilities of the Executive Officer include:
Accounting and finance
- Manage day-to-day finance operations: payment scheduling, bank reconciliations, standing instructions, and MPF transactions.
- Review and validate the full set of accounts prepared by external accountants.
- Manage the annual audit process, ensuring compliance and timely submission of all required documentation.
- Support multi-currency cash management, budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing budget updates.
Governance and administration
- Liaise with tax advisors, auditors, and banks on finance matters, internal/external audits, tax reporting (local and overseas), and statutory filings.
- Assist with AML/KYC compliance and related due diligence.
- Provide administrative support and handle company secretarial matters.
- Deliver comprehensive and effective secretariat services to Croucher Foundation committees as required.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
The ideal candidate will:
- Qualifications and Skills: Hold an undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration (or a related field); have 5+ years of experience; demonstrate the ability to independently manage full sets of accounts and prepare management reports; exhibit strong MS Office skills; have knowledge of QuickBooks (preferred); and possess company secretary skills (an advantage).
- Language Proficiency: Be fluent in English and Chinese, both written and spoken.
