IT Project Officer II (2-year contract, renewable)

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and management of IT projects, including new system deployment, system revamps / upgrades, and system enhancements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for stakeholders.
- Document system configurations, procedures, and user guides.
- Arrange user training sessions and develop instructional materials to promote effective use of IT systems.
- Provide technical support to end users, troubleshooting system issues.
- Support IT Manager in evaluating new technologies and recommending improvements.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, data protection standards, and security protocols.
- Provide support during events and perform any other IT duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree / professional training in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Preferably with 3 years’ work experience and proven experience in IT administration and support or project coordination.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong understanding of IT systems and user support practices.
- Proficient communication and interpersonal skills. Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin, Cantonese.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure. Strong sense of responsibility. Attention to details and accuracy in work.
- Strong willingness to keep up with the latest technology trends and continuously learn new skills.
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure is a plus.
- Experience with CRM, data analysis system and tools or funding / payment system is an advantage.
- Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is a must.
