Partnership Assistant Manager/ Senior Officer, Teach For Hong Kong
Full Time

We are seeking a Partnership Assistant Manager/ Senior Officer to join our team and drive our fundraising efforts and organization growth and impact. This role requires a strong focus on relationship and fundraising management, and effective execution of partnership initiatives.

Job Description
● Program and Fundraising: Develop, plan and execute program and fundraising activities, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and goals.
● Donor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential donors, sponsors, and corporate partners.
● Grant Writing and Proposals: Create funding proposals, pitch presentation, and ensure timely submission and follow-up.
● Reporting and Evaluation: Prepare impact and financial reports on program progress and outcome, utilizing Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) principles.
● Financial and Data Management: Manage program budgets, maintain accurate financial documentation and collect quantitative and qualitative data on social impact.
● Collaboration: Work closely with the program and marketing teams to achieve our mission and fundraising goals.

Qualification
● Tertiary degree holder or above, with a proven record (1+ year) in fundraising/ partnership management/ business development, preferably within the nonprofit/ social enterprise sector.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English, particularly in proposal and impact report writing.
● Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and AI.
● Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, can-do attitude, enabling effective collaboration with cross-functional teams while also thriving independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
● Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to address challenges and identify growth opportunities, with the flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
