The Karen Leung Foundation, a registered Hong Kong charity, is seeking a qualified part-time Partnership & Community Outreach Director.

The Karen Leung Foundation (KLF) www.karenleungfoundation.org is working to save lives in Hong Kong by raising awareness of gynecological cancer, educating women to increase rates of early detection and ensuring that women in treatment have access to optimal medical care. Founded in 2013, we are the first and only organization in Hong Kong solely devoted to women's gynecological cancers. To date, the Karen Leung Foundation has raised more than HK $44 million to fight gynecological cancer and help Hong Kong girls and women. The Karen Leung Foundation honors the memory of Karen Leung, a hedge fund trader, who died at age 35 following a diagnosis of metastatic cervical cancer.

Responsibilities

· Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the role will expose you to all aspects of the Foundation.

· Prepare recommendations for partnerships and community engagement.

· Oversee the creation and distribution of outreach materials, digital content, and promotional tools.

· Adhoc duties to support CEO

Partnership Development & Leadership Support

· Build, maintain, and evaluate relationships with existing and prospective partners to maximize synergistic impact on women’s health initiatives.

Community and Programme Liaison – Awareness, Care and Support and Prevention

· Develop and implement tailored outreach and engagement programs that increase community awareness of KLF’s services and mission.

· Coordinate and lead educational workshops, campaigns, and events targeting diverse populations.

· Engage and collaborate with community leaders, volunteers, and other nonprofits to advance gynaecological cancer prevention.

Monitoring, Evaluation, and Reporting

· Maintain systems to measure, track, and evaluate the effectiveness of community outreach and partnership activities.

· Prepare reports outlining successes, challenges, and recommendations for improvement for internal and external stakeholders.

· Ensure all data collection meets high standards for accuracy and completeness.

Resource Development

· Identify and cultivate potential funding sources and partners to expand KLF’s financial resources.

· Support and devise fundraising initiatives, campaigns, and special events.
