SEED Foundation is a charity organization registered in Hong Kong, dedicated to preparing the youth for a technology-driven economy. Annually we serve nearly 2000 secondary school students from different socio-economic backgrounds to ensure they are not left behind in the digital transformation of the economy. Are you passionate about youth education — and also love working with data? SEED Foundation is looking for a mission-driven, detail-oriented, and data-savvy individual to join our dynamic team. This unique role is ideal for someone who wants to use data and analytics to drive real-world impact, while staying hands-on in program delivery with students and schools.
Key Responsiblities
Data Analysis & Impact (~50%)
· Maintain, develop and enhance Excel-based dashboards to track student feedback and outcomes for our various programs
· Analyze survey and program data to identify trends, insights, and program improvements
· Collect, clean, and analyze datasets including student surveys and assessment results
· Assist in the development of quarterly updates and a professional-grade annual impact report
· Assist in presenting data insights for donors, stakeholders, and internal strategy
Program Coordination & Operations (~40%)
· Coordinate with course lecturers for onboarding, teaching materials, schedules, attendance monitoring, and collection of course work results and student works
· Liaise with schools for class logistics, attendance, and student deliverables
· Coordinate with team members to schedule lesson monitoring and manage logistics for specific program sessions
Adhoc support of other operations (~10%)
· Our team at SEED helps support each other when needs arise, including attending classes for quality management, and providing logistics support for our various events such as field trips and competitions
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or above in Education, Social Sciences, Data Analytics, or related fields
· 1–3 years’ experience in impact measurements, impact storytelling, education, or non-profit settings
· Strong MS Excel skills (pivot tables, charts, formulas, dashboards); PowerPoint/Canva proficiency
· Experience in analyzing data and presenting insights clearly
· Verbal and written fluency in Cantonese; Written fluency in English
· Bonus: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studios)
