Programme Officer II (2-year Contract, renewable)
[Ref.: HMTPU/POII/25/01/R4G]

The position reports to Hong Kong Programme Manager. S/he is part of the Hong Kong Programme Team and serves as the major staff to support OHK’s programme development and grant management. S/he will liaise with other staffs in Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan Programme Unit and other units.

Responsibilities :
• Grant Proposal Analysis: Conduct due diligence, research and analysis, review and coordinate proposals with applicants and provide support in proposal writing.
• Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning: Track and review grant partner's performance and progress, ensuring quality execution and compliance with OHK policies and procedures.
• Rapport Building: Serve as the contact point for existing partner. Identify potential grant partners and make recommendations to OHK.
• Impact Storytelling: Identify and communicate the impact stories of grant projects, contributing to the development of case studies, success stories, and other communication materials.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Arrange for stakeholder engagement activities to support program development and fundraising efforts.
• Additional Tasks: Undertake other related tasks as assigned.

Requirements:
• Degree holder with 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in project management, philanthropy, grants making, social services. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Programme Assistant.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Understanding social issues and local NGOs networks would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (both spoken and written).
• Proficient in computer literacy and applications including MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
• Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is a must.
