System Analyst

Our IT department is looking for a System Analyst, responsible for managing and optimising the church’s CRM and other software tools to enhance ministry operations. This role involves configuring systems, documenting processes, training staff and volunteers, and implementing solutions to streamline workflows in various ministry areas. The role also involves other projects such as IoT device integration. The job holder collaborates with ministry teams to ensure technology aligns with the church’s mission, providing technical support and innovative solutions to support spiritual and operational goals.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline

· Minimum 3- 4 years of relevant experience managing CRM or similar database systems

· Proficient in CRM administration, including workflow configuration, data management and reporting. Experience in RockRMS is a plus

· Familiarity with APIs and software integrations

· Knowledge of cloud-based platforms and basic IT troubleshooting required

· Experience with HTML/CSS, Javascript, C# or SQL is a plus

· Experience in business analysis and system design

· Interest in Ai is a plus

· Passion for learning and adopting new technologies

· Collaborative mindset and proactive approach to problem solving and system optimization

· Excellent communication skills, ability to translate technical jargon into layman's terms

Preferred Qualifications:

· Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) and cybersecurity best practices

· Ability to manage projects and coordinate with external vendors or open-sources communities
