About WISE
We use programs on sports and movement to help improve teen girls’ interest and enthusiasm for being active, which results in them understanding their bodies better and growing in confidence and leadership. Although we use sports as a tool to teach our lessons, our goal is not for the students to become professional athletes. We believe that using movement and the life lessons we learn through sports - about how to take care of our bodies and our emotions - improves physical and mental health for many years to come. Most of our programs take place in Secondary Schools throughout Hong Kong, and we have the privilege of partnering with many wonderful organizations who provide volunteering and financial support throughout the year. About our Team
The WISE staff is a small team of dedicated individuals who work from a hybrid combination of our co-working space, their homes, and sometimes on-site at schools or events. Our Program team members often liaise directly with our schools, volunteers, and facilitators; and our Development and Communications positions often work with partners and donors, seeking ways to bring our mission to the public.

About the Position
We are hiring a part-time teammate (available to work minimum 3 days per week) who can work alongside our Communications and Outreach Assistant Manager to deliver effective communications that would raise the visibility and awareness of WISE (including our events and programs), while maintaining relationships with our community partners.

About You
We are seeking someone who is enthusiastic about our mission of empowering youth, women, and girls through sports. You need to be bilingual (fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese) and have 1 - 2 years of demonstrable achievement in one or more of the following areas: communications, marketing, digital design, community fundraising, event organising and general administration.

Timeline
Please note that applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and will be filled when the right candidate is identified, so we encourage you to apply early.

Application deadline: 27 September 2026 at 11:59PM
