Around 2019, driven by the constant requests of our non-profit partners to learn about and find transparency in pay scales and benefits, the idea of creating a salary survey for the non-profit sector was born.
 
Fast forward to 2022, and with a “now-or-never” mindset, we embarked on the creation of the Hong Kong Not-for-Profit Salary Survey, invited Asian Charity Services to partner with us, and since then have worked on delivering a project we strongly believe in.
 
Through this survey report, we aim to empower non-profit organisations with data-driven insights to attract, retain, and develop talent, increase transparency by providing reliable salary and benefits benchmarks, and identify key trends to align with market standards and improve employee engagement,  ultimately fosteting a more sustainable ecosystem in Hong Kong's social sector.
