Donor Retention Officer II (2-year contract, renewable)

[Ref.: FCU/DOII/26/01]

Responsibilities:

CRM Systems & Integration

· Maintain CRM data integrity through data cleansing, validation, deduplication, and quality control.

· Enhance CRM-dependent processes, including annual tax receipt production and donor communications.

· Support the integration of donor journeys across CRM, eDM platforms, WhatsApp platforms and other fundraising systems.

· Work with internal stakeholders and vendors to optimize system functionality and enhance user experience.

Operational Excellence

· Review existing operational workflows, for achieving the most efficient and effective operation.

· Design and implement solutions using Excel, Power Query, VBA/Macros and other Microsoft tools to reduce manual effort and improve accuracy.

· Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through technology, automation and process redesign.

Business Analysis & System Enhancement

· Gather user requirements and translate business needs into system specifications for IT teams and vendors.

· Support system enhancements, UAT, implementation, and post-launch improvements.

· Coordinate BI reporting enhancements by consolidating user requirements, validating outputs, and liaising with IT developers.

· Utilize SQL and reporting tools for data validation, troubleshooting, and analysis.

Requirements:

· Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related disciplines.

· Minimum 3 years' experience in CRM administration, systems support, process improvement, or data operations.

· Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM; strong Excel skills (Power Query, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, VBA/Macros) and working knowledge of SQL.

· Experience in eDM platforms, system integrations, or workflow automation is an advantage.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into system solutions.

· Experience in the NGO, fundraising, or donor services sector is preferred.

· Knowledge of AI tools is required.

· Commitment to Oxfam’s mission and values is a must.
