What You’ll Do

● Strategic Growth: Lead the execution of the Foundation’s programs, ensuring every initiative aligns with our mission of lifelong learning and empowerment.

● Fundraising & Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with donors and partners who share our vision for sustainable innovation.

● Operational Excellence: Manage budgets and timelines with discipline, ensuring the Foundation remains a lean, high-impact organization.

● Advocacy: Act as a passionate voice for our mission, communicating our goals to stakeholders and the broader community.

Who You Are

● A Cultivator: You have 7–10 years of experience and understand that social impact requires commitment, excellence, and a "builder" mentality.

● A Connector: You are comfortable engaging with donors and community leaders alike.
