RUN is a Hong Kong-based nonprofit that supports vulnerable refugees, particularly women, to build resilience and nurture self-reliance for a more hopeful future. With sport as the springboard and education as the foundation, we help refugees to create a life of safety and dignity, in Hong Kong and beyond.

We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time Programme Support Worker to assist our busy team. In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

● Casework & Resettlement: Manage individual cases for resettlement applications, including gathering necessary information, preparing filings, and providing regular updates to participants.
● Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with partner organizations, legal representatives, the Immigration Department, and consulates to support non-refoulement claims and resettlement processes.
● Medical & Psychological Coordination: Schedule and manage appointments with doctors, psychologists, and health clinics.
● Appointment Accompaniment: Accompany participants to legal and medical appointments as needed.
● Participant Care: Facilitate individual check-ins to deliver tailored guidance and emotional support.
● Psychosocial Services: Support the delivery of wider psychosocial and Health and Essential Services.

Part Time : Monday to Thursday Location and starting date : Wong Chuk Hang - immediate
Remuneration: Salary based on experience and skill level

Requirements:
● Working knowledge of Google Suite, MS Office Suites and technology in general
● Experience working with vulnerable individuals preferred
● Experience in the NGO sector preferred but not essential
● Able to show initiative and a high attention to detail
● Strong team player and collaborator
● Sensitive to psychological and social difficulties for people’s emotions
● Able to work in a multicultural environment
● Proficient written and spoken English
● Cantonese preferred but not essential
● Immediately available preferred
● Must have right to work in Hong Kong
