This role supports Education Department in managing visitor bookings, coordinating tours and shuttle bus arrangements, and assisting in the development of visitor programmes. The officer will also help organize Eco-Guide training and promote WWF’s tours and activities to the public.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
o Daily management of the booking system and monitoring upcoming events.
o Coordinate tour schedules and shuttle bus arrangements.
o Assist in organizing Eco-Guide training sessions.
o Support the development and implementation of new visitor programmes.
o Handle visitor enquiries and provide accurate information.
o Promote and market WWF tours, activities, and visitor programmes.
o Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
o Vocational training or diploma with Customer service-related experience
o Passion for the outdoors and nature conservation.
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Experience in training coordination, tour operations, or environmental education.
o Presentable, proactive, and a team player.
o Proficiency in spoken Cantonese / Putonghua and English, with good written Chinese and English.
o Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
